These terms cover your use of ecouriertrackings.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What this site is
An independent, free directory and reference guide for courier tracking in India. It links you to couriers’ official tracking pages, and it publishes written guides about how individual courier companies operate. It is an information service.
What this site is not
The most important section, so it is near the top rather than buried.
- Not a courier, logistics operator or freight forwarder. We do not accept, carry, store, sort or deliver anything.
- Not an agent of any courier, and not authorised to act for one.
- No access to any courier’s tracking systems. We cannot trace a consignment, see a location, reach a driver, redirect a delivery or release a held parcel.
- We do not generate shipment statuses. Anything you read comes from the courier’s own website.
- We cannot accept or process a claim. Only the courier that took the booking can, and usually only the sender can start one.
If a shipment has gone wrong, the courier is the responsible party. Contacting us instead will only delay you.
Using the site
You may use this site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes: reading the guides, looking up a courier, following our links.
You agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overload it;
- attempt unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- scrape, harvest or republish our written content at scale without permission;
- send automated requests that impose an unreasonable load;
- represent yourself as connected with ecouriertrackings.com.
Accuracy
We take care with what we publish and we verify tracking links before they go up. But Indian courier networks change fast. Companies merge and rebrand — Rivigo now tracks through Mahindra Logistics, Gati through Allcargo. Portals move. Phone numbers get reassigned. Transit times shift with season, route and weather.
So while we work to keep this current, we cannot guarantee every detail is correct, complete or up to date when you read it. Where it matters, confirm with the courier directly. If you spot an error, tell us: m912026g@gmail.com.

We link to courier websites and other third-party pages because we think they help. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Once you leave this site, its terms no longer apply.
Courier names and trademarks
Courier company names, brands, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. They appear here only to identify and describe the service being written about, which is fair descriptive use.
Their presence does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. We have no such relationship with any courier company. Rights holders who want something changed or removed should write to m912026g@gmail.com.

The guides, page text, layout and original design here are our work and are protected by copyright.
Quoting a short passage with a clear credit and a link back is fine. Reproducing a whole guide, or substantial parts of this site elsewhere, is not, without our written consent.
Advertising
The site is free and funded by advertising served through Google AdSense and other partners. We do not choose which individual ads appear, and an ad appearing here is not a recommendation. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here — including loss from a delayed, misdelivered, damaged or lost shipment, from information being out of date, from a courier’s site being unavailable, or from this site being interrupted.
Nothing here excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We may revise these terms; the revised version applies once published here, and the date at the top tells you when.
